Who we are...

I am Kim Vithana. I trained at Rose Bruford School of Speech and Drama gaining a BA (Hons) in Theatre Arts. I have worked as a professional actress in television, film and on stage for 28 years. I have appeared as a regular in many dramas including: Holby City, North Square, Midsomer Murders and Coronation Street. Most recent theatre work was workshopping 'The Life of Pi' stage production under Max Webster and I also filmed a Netflix Original 'The Stranger' which aired this year and highly acclaimed.

I have also designed, taught and directed screen acting modules at various accredited drama schools. I am now Head of Film, TV and Audio at ArtsED. Working as an actor has challenged my own confidence throughout my career and taught me how important it is to know yourself. I hope to pass this and my love for acting on to the students.

I am Jenny Pugh. I qualified with a BTEC & HNC in Performing Arts and subsequently went on to work with various theatre companies as a professional actor. I am a very enthusiastic musical theatre performer and I have previously performed in various London based shows. I still perform on stage with an adult musical theatre company competing in competitions around the country, which I absolutely love!

I have worked as a Project Manager designing and running community drama workshops, working with a variety of children from diverse backgrounds, a wide age range and a varied spectrum of ability. Most recently, I have decided to focus on teaching musical theatre at various stage schools as well as JKPA and expand my private LAMDA portfolio. This has given me more opportunity to choreograph and inspire performance in children. I believe that music and drama go hand in hand to provide children with key skills and well as being fun.
